Plain-English summary

Placement Agreement

Provider Pair is free to use for posting roles and reviewing matched candidates. We earn a fee only when we actually help you hire. This page summarizes how that works; it is a plain-English summary of the agreement your practice accepts when it publishes its first role.

01Posting is free

Creating an account, publishing roles, receiving license-matched shortlists, and managing your applicant pipeline cost nothing. There is no per-posting charge and no charge to review candidates.

02A flat $7,500 placement fee — only when you hire

If your practice hires a candidate that it made contact with through Provider Pair, your practice owes a single, flat placement fee of $7,500 per hire. The fee is the same for every hire regardless of employment type (W-2, 1099, locum, or per-diem) and is never a percentage of compensation.

03The 12-month attribution window

The fee is owed if the hire occurs within 12 months of the date your practice first made contact with that candidate on the platform — whether the hire is arranged on or off Provider Pair, and whether it is for the originally posted role or a different one. “Made contact” means your practice messaged, interviewed, or otherwise engaged the candidate through Provider Pair.

04Invoicing

When you mark a role filled with the hired candidate, we issue the $7,500 invoice payable net 30 days.

0590-day replacement guarantee

Every permanent placement is covered by a 90-day replacement guarantee — if the hire does not work out within that window, we refund the placement fee.

06Messaging is Premium ($399/month)

Posting and matching are free, but messaging candidates directly requires a Premium subscription at $399/month, which also includes candidate-database search and unlimited hiring seats. Premium is separate from the placement fee — it does not change the flat $7,500 owed on a hire.
